Delicious oats treat
Ingredients
1. Half cup oats
2. 1 sachet maggie masala
3. 2-4 green chillies or as required
4. salt
5. Oil
6. 1 capsicum
7. 1 Carrot
8. 1/4 cup fresh green peas
9. 1 small onion
10. turmeric
11. water
Method
Chop
all the vegetable into small pieces as possible.Heat oil in a vessel
and fry green chilli and onion first.. Later add all chopped vegetable
and fry for 5 mins. Mix 1 sachet of maggie masala(3Rs sachet which you
get in supermarket) in 1/2 cup oats(I used Quaker oats) and add this to
the vessel and add 2 cup water immediately and leave it to boil on low
flame for only 5-10 mins..The oats should be bit liquid consistency..Do
not over boil or make it dry..
